MODS works from two studios: one in the city, one on the Godavari. The practice began in Rajahmundry, grew into Hyderabad, and now carries work across India and in Dubai — residences, farmhouses, restaurants, resorts, offices and hospitals.
We keep it deliberately close. Design, interiors, lighting, furniture and site supervision sit under one roof. Fewer handovers between firms means fewer excuses and better buildings.
Old enough to have built. Young enough to take every project personally.
We are a team of architects, interior designers and site engineers, founded four years ago. Our founders have placed in international competitions. The credential we value more is that clients come back — and they bring their families.
There is no house style here. Each project is worked out fresh from the people, the site and the budget, and we stay through construction until the built work matches the drawing.
